The rooftop terrace is another highlight. Open and spacious, it offers 360-degree views of Kampot, perfect for both sunrise and sunset, with the mountains on one side and the town on the other. Even if you’re out exploring during the day, make time to come up here—it’s worth it. We were lucky enough to meet Tola, one of the owners, in person, while Patrick was always just a message away on WhatsApp. Their hospitality was next-level—not just friendly, but genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience in Kampot. Need a scooter? They’ll sort it. Have a question? They’ll answer before you’ve finished typing. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like staying with friends who happen to be excellent hosts. A small but brilliant touch was the Welcome Book in our room. Now, I’m a logical guy—former project manager—so I really appreciated how well-thought-out and practical it was. It wasn’t just another generic guidebook; it told the story of the owners, explained how everything in the room worked, and laid out the best of Kampot in a way that made planning effortless. There are subtle sustainability hints woven throughout the book and the hotel itself—little reminders that made me rethink my own habits. The Bungalows are set back from any main road and there is no traffic or noise to disturb you apart from the cockerel’s, chit chats (small lizards), crickets and frogs at night. The Bungalow we had was air-conditioned and spotlessly clean. We were greeted with a warm and heartfelt welcome by the fabulous couple that own and run the business and we were given the opportunity to eat on our balcony which was lovely xxx they are kind, professional, helpful and very approachable and they seem to go out of their way to make you feel as welcome as possible. We hired their scooter for $6 per day, but unfortunately we were sick during our stay (no reflection on them) so we spent most of our time there in the bungalow. Very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable with a view of the immaculately kept garden and ponds xx Fabulous family, fabulous hosting skills, and the effort they make to ensure you have a restful time is faultless x

We had an amazing experience staying at this accommodation. The place was absolutely spotless and very well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. Everything was perfectly arranged, making it feel like home right away. The communication with the host was outstanding. He was quick to respond to any queries and provided all the necessary information, ensuring everything went smoothly. It's clear they really care about their guests' experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-kept space with a host who truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant. Would definitely return!

Splněna všechna naše přání. Při vyjížďce do hor jsme si nebyli jisti, zda půjčená motorka s námi dojede. Pan majitel nám hned ochotně poskytl jinou. Cena jen 5$!!!!
