We found out about this place after a few days in Kampot and booked it for our last night there. We were originally looking for a kayaking experience in the "green cathedral" and found this place by coincidence. The guesthouse is extremely cozy with a common area that is cute and comfortable with but sofas, tables and hammock. The staff was super generous with snacks when we arrived and water refills during our stay. For kayaking, they have a few kayaks for guests without surcharge AND they help out set everything up. You kayak in the mangrove and you can connect to the river too. Our room was comfortable with both fan and AC. Keep in mind that they have both "rooms" (shared terrace, above common area) and "bungalows" (separate small buildings) with different prices. We used PassApp to get there by tuktuk without any issue.

At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and brunch and specialises in African cuisine. Everything, it’s a family run place, tucked away at the edge of the city. It’s an easy Tuk Tuk ride into town and was only around a dollar each way. They have their own scooters to hire for $6 a day if you want to go sightseeing. I spent a fair amount of time on the veranda just reading and relaxing. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding smelt amazing, this family are obviously committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible

It is a really nice place to stay, one of the nicest places I have stayed at in 2 1/2 years of traveling. It is far off the main road so very peaceful and quiet with a beautiful green yard filled with trees and plants. The owner Eugene is welcoming and friendly and will make you laugh the whole time you are there. The rooms are modern and very comfortable with great AC and hot water. I had some of the best sleep of my long trip here.
