He is the guy who manage the place and he is an absolute pleasure. His professionalism and friendliness really helped us enjoy the trip. It was such a nice place. We spent two fantastic days with Dhammika and his beautiful family who made us feel so welcome. Nestled among the sprawling tea plantations on the edge of the reservoir, the villa was simple but very comfortable, with a lovely view of the rolling green hills. Throughout our stay, Dhammika was a massive help, even driving us to the foot of Adam’s Peak in his tuk tuk at 1:30am and then showing us the various waterfalls and tea factories. He was a fount of local knowledge, and the breakfasts and dinners prepared by his wife and mother-in-law were delicious! Thank you, Dhammika!

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the city centre and just a few steps from a superb restaurant, Themparadu. Room was pristinely clean and spacious even though we were travelling as a family of four. The service is just outstanding, we had to completely rearrange our plans due to very poor weather and the manager was extremely helpful and flexible. Communication and support was amazing since the booking til we left Nuwara Eliya. We went for a drive around the town due to poor weather and the driver was a super friendly companion and a good guide, including help on the train station which welcomed us with a closed ticket office and cancelled train.

Best room so far we had in Sri Lanka. Everything was very clean and the location was great. We were sad we had to leave after one night. Room looks better live than on the pictures. Location was great, very close to the entrance for Adams Peak (5min walk). The food was also really good. Everything was prepared fresh, so be patient while waiting🙏🏽 Hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Large clean rooms with large bathrooms! Nice hot pressure water with a large bar of soap provided. Super friendly and helpful host who can answer any questions about hiking Sri Pada and transport logistics after. So so close to the start of the Sri Pada trail head. Delicious Sri Lankan and western breakfasts. Close to everything you need. Love the cute cat and fishes! I’m glad we stayed in Dalhousie, has a festive vibe because of the pilgrimage.
