This was the loveliest, most charming and best hosted accommodation of our 2 weeks in Sri Lanka. The owners were incredibly kind and have created a little paradise behind their lovely entrance gate. We were very warmly welcomed with a cold fresh fruit drink and a necklace of hibiscus. The room was large and beautifully decorated, with the added charm of hibiscus flowers scattered on the bed and in the bathroom! They have access to a gorgeous beach just a 3 minute walk away where the ocean is actually swimmable! The breakfast they served us included a wide range of beautifully prepared fruit and our choice of eggs - we had a Sri Lankan style omelette that was delicious. We had an equally warm goodbye when we left and consider the hospitality here amongst the best we have experienced in our very expansive travels. We would 150% recommend this wonderful guest house!

What a lovely place. The host is superfriendly and caring. Splendid breakfast, so delicious and rich that i used to skip lunch ) The room was clean and comfortable, and there is a terrace, where you can relax in evening. This place is on a quiet little street, but there is a supermarket just five minutes walk away. To get to the beach you just need to cross the railroads by footbridge. And despite the fact that the railway is nearby, you don’t hear it. There also lives a dog, big and kind, but don't even think about touching his toy, you don't want it, belive me )

The nearby beach, accessible by free tuk-tuk ride, is simply the most magnificent, untrammelled beach I have ever seen. Spotless, golden sands, warm blue water and stunning scenery. The rooms are enormous with comfortable beds, clean (outdoor!) bathroom and a lovely porch. The entire resort was spotless. We spent 11 days in Sri Lanka in total, across a range of different style accommodations, 5* to 2* hotels and this was easily the best place we stayed.
