The facility is very close to the Dambulla Cave Temple but it is also in a very silent corner with a great garden. You can see monkeys, giant squirrel, birds and other wildlife just around the facility. We definitely suggest this place to anyone traveling around Dambulla.

The host and family were so welcoming, and even provided us with a safari tour. He is very skilled and we managed to always be the first ones to see the elephants as he knows the area very well. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a great bathroom and shower. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious and we sat on the porch overlooking the garden. It’s in a great location close to some lovely restaurants and a short drive from lions rock. I couldn’t recommend this Homestay enough, we really enjoyed our visit.
