The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Issem gave us information about the hop-on and hop-off bus where we spent a lovely afternoon. The room view is stunning, just next to the terrace, not noisy and very cosy. The breakfast is superb. Way beyond expectation.

Aziz and the two Mohameds were so wonderful and attentive to us, we felt just like family and felt so well cared for during our first visit to Morocco. Our bed was huge and comfortable (we got the king room) and the design was impeccable, which is something that is super important to me. We looked at a lot of different properties in the Old Medica and Kasba areas and this one definitely seemed to be the most beautifully designed, all the furniture, decor and building materials were authentic and beautiful (zellige and tadelakt in the bathroom, hand painted Moroccon furniture, beautiful lighting and everthing goes with the "green" theme). The room is beautiful, clean and spatious and the insulation/AC as well as the mattresses are top notch. The location is great as well. The rooftop is so chill, with a great view and its quiet is a great haven from the bustle of the medina streets.
