We had a much appreciated upgrade. The double room was spacious and with a nice view. The terrace has panoramic views of the city despite being in a flat area, you can see the surrounding mountains and blue houses and you also have breakfast there which is a buffet made freshly. A big plus was the in-property parking which is not easy to find in Chefchaouen which is very convenient for luggage. Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk to the Kasbah and old medina. Wifi was good. All amenities available and we were given a hairdryer upon request. There’s a restaurant right in the front of the door.

Objekat Iguana Azul se nalazi na zgodnoj lokaciji u gradu Šefšuen, i to u četvrti Old Town, na 3 min. Iguana Azul might just be one of the best accommodations in Chefchaouen! It’s nestled in a quiet part of the medina, yet just a short walk from the main square — the perfect balance of peace and convenience. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was also one of the best I had during my entire trip to Morocco. And last but definitely not least, Walid is an incredibly welcoming host who goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Chefchaouen.
