This was the most peaceful place we have stayed in a while. Super friendly host/hostess and staff. It was like we were staying with some relatives. The location was excellent, the sunsets you get are amazing. There were great restaurants nearby, which served amazing food. Also we had variety in breakfast, no two days were the same. Which you do not get at the resorts. It is a place you have to experience, nothing can describe it. And yes the rum was 😋

Lovely room was tastefully decorated, clean and has its own private terrace next to the pool. On top of the building is another terrace with a small pool and amazing views of Le Morne; great for watching sunsets. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and offered tips on what to see and where to eat in the area.

Well maintained and clean properly. Great views from the two bedroom unit. Super friendly staff. Apartment was so comfy we didn’t want to leave !

At the guest house, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. We had an amazing stay at Villa Harmonie. The villa is very peaceful and well equipped. It is also well located to visit the south and center of Mauritius. Only 10 min drive from the supermarket and 15 min drive from one of the most beautiful beach on the island, the Morne Brabant public beach.

Le Gite du Bonheur Guest House & Car Rental also offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The bed is very comfortable. Room is well equipped, clean and spacious. We felt at ease, slept well and enjoyed our stay at Le Gite du Bonheur very much. We rented our car with Le Gite which has great options for their rental. Well located to discover the West and South of the Island. Lots of hiking options and sea excursions/ activities next to the guest house. The Host is Great and will do everything possible to assist. Set within 500 metres of Flic en Flac Beach and 8.4 km of Tamarina Golf Course in Flic-en-Flac, Son House Studio offers accommodation with seating area. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the guest house free of charge. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. My husband and I were very happy to stay. If you want to have a luxury experience then this place isn't the place to be for you. It is like a homestay, there's everything you need. The location is really good, the beach and restaurant are walking distance (within 7 min) The hosts are really friendly and helpful. Some reviews said the internet speed is low. But I could work smoothly(I didn't use video or voice call though) We didn't use kitchen for cooking. Gus stove with oven and pots are there. The washing machine isn't attached inside of your room, but it is outside for use. I am sure we will be back here if we come to Mauritius again !

At Happy Days Guest House you will find barbecue facilities. Restaurants and supermarket can be found within 5 minutes' walk. The breakfast is what I usually like to have — good coffee, really good baguette, omelette and some fresh fruits. The place is very clean and well maintained. The owner really likes solid wood furniture. The beds, the dining tables and some others were shipped here from Bali. The hostess Sabrina was also amazing and helped us solve some logistics issues with local vendors.

A recently renovated guest house in Flic-en-Flac and within less than 1 km of Flic en Flac Beach, Maison Tropical features pool with a view, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The place was perfect for holiday! We stayed 4 nights, and we wish we could stay longer. The beds were like sleeping in heaven! And the host was friendly and borrowed us bicycles we could use, that made us so easy to go to the beach and restaurants! Voila!
