An incredibly charming family welcomed us, and we immediately took them to heart... and I believe they did the same with us. Even though we speak only a few words of Spanish and they don't speak English, we got along well. Whenever we needed help or had questions, they were immediately ready and incredibly hospitable. Here, you live together and get to see what the "local life" is like. There's a communal kitchen for guests, a rooftop terrace for relaxing, and even a water refill station. The rooms are simple and functional. Another plus is that in the morning, you can hear a wonderful concert of birds upon waking up; the jungle is right next door. Simply marvelous, we felt very comfortable here and would come back anytime.

The location was perfect. 5-10 minutes away from all resutarants and bars, so we were able to go out a lot and also stay in the hotel without hearing the music too loud.

The property is 700 metres from the city centre and 800 metres from Tulum Bus station. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. The room was great and the grounds relaxing. Value for money fantastic.
