They went out of their way to help us find an adapter we needed, and little touches like complimentary coffee and dates always available at the reception made us feel incredibly at home. The terrace offers a stunning view which is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or for enjoying sunrise. The guesthouse itself is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated in traditional Omani style, and has everything you could possibly need. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of old Nizwa. You can easily walk to the souq, the fort, and all the main attractions. It’s also just a short stroll from where the Mwasalat Muscat–Nizwa buses drop you off. This was truly one of the most memorable stays of my life. The hospitality, the atmosphere, the comfort...everything was perfect. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Nizwa. Highly, highly recommended!

I loved supporting locals who have been in the town for generations. The room itself was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast and dinner (included in the price) was filling and tasty. The view from the terrace is just spectacular. I decided to do a tour with one of the owners, Ali, who is just amazing. He walked me through the town first and then showed me his family garden, as it was an agriculture tour. I learned so much about the town's history and the family. Highly recommend staying here. Location is also perfect, as it's right be the public parking spots.
