When she realised the TV was not working she immediately went to town to pay for subscription and the tv service was back in record time. Breakfast was great too. The hotel itself is lovely simple and warm. I will surely come back given a second chance in Moalboal.

The beds were great, the water pressure wasn't great in the shower, but it was good enough. The location is perfect perfect perfect. Within walking distance of the main area with restaurants and coffee shops and excursions, but far enough away you can escape it.

Nice outdoor sitting area right outside the room. Spacious room with plenty of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and towels supplied. The room had a proper desk and also excellent lighting. Good location half way between the port and town, within walking distance to both. Also walking distance to the 'stumble inn' beach bar/restaurant which overlooks the sandbar. There's also a clean and well equipped kitchen with a big fridge and dining table. Free hot and cold water dispenser. Small convenience store on site. You can also do your laundry for free out on the back. Very good WiFi. Excellent place to stay if you want to balance out your budget with a bit of DYO.....I also loved the tiny baby kitten.

Cannot recommend this place enough. The property is very clean. The pool is big and provides a nice cool dip in the sun! What makes the stay so special is Janice! She helped us to book any trips, renting motorbikes and any other transportation. All the staff go above and beyond to help their guests!

It was so clean, tranquil and relaxing! it didn't have any unwanted noise at night, room had sufficient ventilation and natural light. it really felt like a gem find in the Philippines! Location-wise, it's around a 10-minute scooter ride to local or the tourist town. which is the golden ticket for a tranquil experience! You would need a scooter if staying at this property, as it's not on the main road stretch. A small stretch of road leading to the property is a bit bumpy, but let's be real, most of the local roads are! So, please don't get tricked, as this is no different. staff were absolutely amazing in this place and helpful at each step. check-in and check-out procedures were very easy, even if we traveled at very awkward times (late evening and early morning). Very clean and renovated This accommodation is just a few steps from the water, where you can snorkel and swim! it's not a sandy beach, so make sure to bring your water shoes. they also have all equipment for rent, if needed. to be honest, the beach at this property was much better than the one in town, as it was private and had very clear water. I was able to spot starfish, sea urchins, and fish. We were also able to drive to Kawasan Waterfalls with the scooter (took around 40-60 minutes one way from this property). a really worthwhile journey to take (make sure to leave early to avoid crows, open hours are 5 am-3 pm)! If making the journey yourself, don't go directly into the waterfall to find the guide, instead, you need to make sure to stop at one of the stalls prior to the waterfall (I recommend the one in front of 7-11) and get a guide from there. if you arrive at the waterfall, you can visit only level 1, but not canyoneering. this property also offers tours to Kawasan Waterfalls if you prefer a group experience.

You can rent a scooter at the guesthouse at a very good price. Most negatives of other people are really not a problem or it's due to their own fault. Within this price range it's a really good deal. Every room is equipped with a balcony with a sea view. Love the room, and especially the nice host. There are hair dryer, TV, refrigerator, full body mirror, sofa, and separation for the shower and toilet. The most important thing is that its price is great for this room and service.

We absolutely loved the room and the entire place — the landscaping was beautiful, everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and most of the amenities seemed new and in great condition. I really appreciated having a hairdryer in the room, especially at this price point. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. This is actually the first time I’m leaving a review this positive because I was genuinely impressed. The free breakfast was also a great bonus! The place, the staff — everything truly deserves more recognition.
