The staff of the hotel especially Sheila, she was wonderful. She answered all my questions and organised for transport for us to the bus to get a bus to Oslob. The lady is a gem. When she realised the TV was not working she immediately went to town to pay for subscription and the tv service was back in record time. Breakfast was great too. The hotel itself is lovely simple and warm. I will surely come back given a second chance in Moalboal.

I rented snorkel gear from her and she was happy to organise canyoneering for me even though I had messaged at night. The dorm was comfortable and clean and lockers are available to use.

Great Customer Service, the owner and his wife were extremely helpful and helped me with every need. Great AC, comfortable beds, laundry service, water heater with great pressure, and scooter rentals. Best value by far!!

Very helpful staff, very good room, aircon was working perfectly, water pressure the best I have gotten in an island so far. Wifi always working. Price I paid for the room was really good. Everyone was very helpful, they rented me a scooter and the prices were better than any other place. The location is very convenient as well.
