The localisation of the house is really good, near the beach and restaurants. The family is really nice and helpful, anything you need they will help you with and will help you get around the island. You can also book tours with them. We did our laundry with them and was really clean and smell so nice :) we highly recommend staying here

I recently stayed three nights at Astillo's Guest Houses in Cebu and it was a wonderful experience. The location is convenient, just 15 minutes by scooter from the city center, offering a peaceful retreat. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable. The small, beautiful garden and the free coffee and water available all day were delightful touches. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the ability to rent a scooter on-site added to the convenience. Astillo's is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a serene yet accessible stay in Cebu.

Jeru, the host and his son is an absolute dream. They are so kind and caring. They also provided us with snorkelling gear, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, water bag, etc for free. The room itself is as pictured and clean, AC works great and the room is well insulated, keeping it nice and chilly. Also nice hot shower and a beautiful garden. I also rented a motorbike with great condition and great prices.

Room was very spacious in a beautiful and quiet location just by the water. Fully equipped and with plenty of space. Evelyn was extremely helpful to book activities (the whale sharks diving is a must if you're in the are) and after we checked out - she looked after our bags after we checked out and helped with booking the bus back to Cebu. Great value for money, completely recommended if you're in the area even for one night.

Located in Moalboal, 300 metres from Panagsama Beach, Roos Guesthouse has a garden and a terrace. It also features a a bar and a seating/lounge area. I had a great stay at Roos, i can say that i enjoyed everything. The inner courtyard is very chill and has a nice vibe, the AC is perfect, great value for money and super tasty local breakfast cooked by them(try the sardines one). Wifi speed was great and most important, the staff is super friendly and they also helped me with booking of private transfers at good prices. Totally would recommend!
