Absolutely Exceptional Stay – 10/10! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a gem! The location could not be better – easy parking right by the property, just a pleasant stroll into town, perfectly situated for exploring the entire island, and conveniently close to a large supermarket. We always felt completely safe here, which added so much peace of mind to our holiday. The cleanliness is simply impeccable – everything spotless and fresh, every day. The entire place is beautifully organized, with a layout that makes it feel both spacious and homely. The kitchen is especially well thought out: each room has its own assigned table, cupboard, and set of plates, utensils, and cooking items, which keeps things wonderfully neat and easy for everyone. And then there is Catarina – what a host! She is truly the heart of this place. Warm, sincere, and full of genuine care, she puts her soul into making her guests feel welcome and valued. She visits daily to tidy and refresh the common areas, replace the flowers, and, more often than not, surprise guests with delicious homemade or local treats. She is thoughtful, adaptable, and always ready to help – whether it’s offering great local tips or simply checking in via message to see if we needed anything. We felt so looked after and appreciated her kindness enormously. The property itself feels like a peaceful haven – quiet, comfortable, and infused with warmth and charm. Everything here has been designed with the guest’s comfort in mind, and you can feel the love and pride that goes into it. We travel often, but this stay will remain a highlight for us. If you’re looking for a spotless, perfectly located, safe, and beautifully run accommodation with a host who truly cares, look no further – this is the place! We would return in a heartbeat.

Felt like a good home, stayed two days, but now I'm considering more. Staff is really helpful & friendly. Good place at the garden to watch the fireworks on New year's eve. Excellent stay in Ponta Delgada. Everything in walling distance, free parking.

Lagoa Verde is 27 km from the guest house, while Fogo Lake is 27 km from the property. João Paulo II Airport is 4 km away. Everything is perfect. From the location, to the facilities, common kitchen, bathrooms and the room, to the hosts, everything went out so smoothly that we were able to enjoy a formidable time in the isle. We would definetely recommend this place and we will come back for sure.

Very good communication in advance of my stay. Located in the middle of the island, about 1/2 an hour's drive away from the airport, a logistically convenient starting point for all excursion on the island. Secure and free parking places at the port about 500m away. Freshly converted guest house with around 6 rooms in the middle of the town. Everything is functional and very tastefully decorated. Perfect fast WiFi, sockets, AC, small fridge, open wardrobe and great shower. Had quiet room facing the inner court. Nice pool, but didn't use it. Breakfast of very good quality and quantity. Different types of rolls, toast, croissants, local cheese, coffee tabs from Nestle, egg dishes upon request. I loved Maria's omelet ;-) Overall, an incredibly friendly, warm and communicative young lady, I enjoyed the time and conversations with her! PQR very good.

The entire property is brand new, comfy bed, nice decorations, extremely clean, breakfast was included. Generous parking too…perfect

The guest house offers city views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We liked the central location of the apartment. Everything was clean and well organized. The house is huge so we didn't mind other people staying there at the same time. The host was very hospitable and kind. He helped us call the taxi to the airport and let us leave our bags longer due to our evening flight.
