My wife and I really do not like to use the air conditioning, we think it is harmful to health. We turn it on only when we leave the house in the heat. Since there were two of us and one bedroom was enough for us, we did not even need it. Everything else suited us as well. The apartment is clean, the furniture is old, but in good condition. The beds are very comfortable.
