Outstanding, easy to access, clean and functional, service-minded, solution-focused, kind and professional - just a few adjectives to describe the guest house hotel and my hosts. Their listing is an exceptional choice to stay in and I warmly recommend it to anybody who is planning to visit Chiang Mai!

An indoor play area is also available at Wayside Guesthouse, while guests can also relax in the garden. This is perfect to stay if you want a calm and peaceful place, amazing people and really good breakfast. The room is as comfortable as it gets, the bed is huge and I sensed a really good energy. I was on a no AC, just fan room, with no problems it doesn't get warm at all. I wish I could live there forever. They offer coffee and tea for free all day. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need.

At the inn, every room is fitted with a balcony. With a private bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries, rooms at บ้านสวนอินทาวน์ Baansuan in Town Hotel also provide guests with free WiFi. At the accommodation every room includes a desk and a flat-screen TV. I stayed for one month. Bow, the lady in reception, is one of the kindest (and funniest) people you'll meet, and she made my stay so good. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is spotless, and rooms are cleaned daily. Bottles of drinking water are delivered to the room every day. There are loads of great coffee stands and streetfood on the same road. It's peaceful even though very near the city (5 mins on foot into the old city). Very safe area. There's a microwave and kettle in the reception area to heat food. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was good too. Bow is always on hand to help or offer a Thai snack! The hotel offers a very soft landing to foreigners arriving in Thailand and Chiang Mai if you've never been before.

The property is around 1.4 km from Tha Pae Gate, 3 km from Chiang Mai Night Bazaar and 3.1 km from Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport. The property is 400 metres from Wat Phra Singh, and within 300 metres of the city centre. The location of Lemon Guesthouse was my favourite of all the places I stayed in Chiang Mai. The side street where it's located is quiet & yet as soon as you leave this street, you're in the middle of everything. As an example, the Sunday Night Market is only steps away! The Lemon themed decorated room was a nice touch & well thought out. The balcony off my room had a table with chairs & I loved how all the plants added warmth & gave it some extra privacy. The owner Lam is the best! She'll help you whenever possible. I had a dental emergency & she gave me an excellent recommendation of where to go & my problem was quickly solved. To conclude, the hotel is comfortable, quaint & well located. It's a place where you'll definitely get a good night sleep!

It was a smooth check in, Pass & Nee ( Reception ) are wonderful people and very helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our stay. Will come back again. It’s close to 7 eleven, gym, blind massage and restaurants. Complementary tea coffee & banana. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality stay.

Guests staying at this guest house have access to a balcony. The guest house has a rooftop pool, hot tub and a lift. Nud who manages everything is just amazing and makes your stay so special. She can help you book all your activities. Room was a really nice size and so clean. The location is a nice quiet street but so close to everything.

Chedi Luang Temple is 6.3 km from the guest house, while Three Kings Monument is 6.8 km from the property. Chiang Mai International Airport is 1 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. I wanted a hotel close to the airport! It was quite cheap and that's why I was even more surprised to see the comfortable room! It's definitely a place where one could stay longer! The check in was very uncomplicated (I could come any time the key was in the room), everything was clean and the hostess even dropped me off at the airport early in the morning, which was very helpful!
