This is a gem of a hotel and you’re lucky if you get to stay here. We had 2 nights in 2 different rooms and they were both amazing, decorated tastefully in local Amazigh style. The grounds are expansive and there’s lots to explore: animals, plants, a great pool, swings & trampoline… my kids loved it, too! The staff is beyond friendly, it feels like one big family. The area has a lot to offer, it really is a unique place, and Dar Ayed is the perfect place to explore it from. I’d be glad if I got to stay here again. Hotels like this make me happy that there’s still a lot of personal touch and not just business motif in this field. Thank you!

I read a review where one said it was worth the 500 km detour from Tunis, I’ll give you a better one: it’s worth a 4000 km detour from Amsterdam! The setting, the views, the amazing rooms, the village itself, the location, the hospitality and company and above all, the delicious dinner and breakfast. It was perfect from start to finish.
