Dar Hamouda is a charming historical dar in the best and liveliest part of the Medina of Tunis. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom modern. The hosts (Mrs. Amel and her husband) were wonderful and very helpful. We particularly liked the joint breakfast where you could meet and talk to other guests at the dar. This is always a good opportunity to exchange experiences and meet people when travelling.

Villa Edo is located in Gammarth, which is a touristic destination in Tunis. It is a nice, safe street with similar hotels and private houses. The hotel is very close to the sea (and has a gorgeous view!), you can walk to the beach and enjoy your day swimming! It is very nicely designed and very clean. The staff working there is always cheerful and helpful. Anne, the owner of the hotel, is the most lovely person ever. She is extremely helpful with any questions one might have, has great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. If I happen to come back to Tunis, I will stay at Villa Edo!

All units in the guest house are fitted with slippers and an iPod docking station. The soul , decor , energy , vibes and on top of that the friendliness of each individual. I thought of trying Four Seasons and then move for my last few days here. I know now for sure next time i am coming i am definitely staying in this one not the four seasons. The beds are so comfy you will sleep better than home. Sana , Jehaan and all the staff are amazing. You will feel at home at all times.

Everything 😊. Beautiful building and room, wonderful hosts (we were welcomed with fresh juice and snacks) in a very centraly located hotel. The freshly made full breakfast alone a reason to stay here. We ended up staying longer than planned. Ahmed, the host, and the lady helped us every step of the way, exceptionally friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day, with fresh towels etc. We will definately come back om a next trip.

At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and brunch and serves African cuisine. Absolutely the nicest and most welcoming hosts. You can tell immediately that they care about their guests and hotel. It was truly wonderful to be greeted with hibiscus tea and cookies. Thank you for a lovely stay!
