I can’t recommend this stay highly enough. I was staying for a single night and they walked through everything for me in detail including the laundry on site. It is no frills but offers a decent bed, private bathroon, good wifi, and even the ability to do laundry (they provide detergent but I think you have to hang dry, which I did not have time for but I think it pretty typical for Taiwan) Taichung Central Park is nearby and EXCELLENT if you are a runner.

This hotel was great! I was staying in Taichung to take a day trip to Alishan, but was able to enjoy Taichung as well because this hotel was in such a great location. WiFi is fast, breakfast is delicious, and it was a very spacious room! I would definitely stay again next time I am in Taichung.
