The manager John and his team carol, Kukie, Juliana, Sheru, Vanessa and the Chef Sam were so friendly and helpful. John booked us a car to show us around the city which was very helpful and the service team made our stay so comfortable that we extended our stay for a few more days. Palm Gardens is my new home in Kampala.

I also loved that I found the place exactly as I had seen in the photos. I was very impressed.

Security was great and all the staff on ground were really helpful. We also loved the breakfast that was set for us for the next day.

Kampala can feel so busy but this guest house is a perfect place to come back to after a busy day!
