Outstanding location situated in a game reserve with daily view of springboks and even giraffes. very quiet, great scenery, you wake up and know immediately that you are in a very special place. super clean and beautifully decorated. Johan and his daughter Annika are very friendly hosts and have great advice for things to do. They also run their own restaurant „The Farmers Fork“ offering delicious, fresh, home-made food throughout the day, very creative, beautifully served.

The lodge is in a spectacular location with a unique view of the Drakensberg Mountains. The hosts are very nice and friendly. We had a little damage to the car, so they helped us fix it. We are very grateful to them for this. We highly recommend staying here for those who want to spend time in beautiful nature.

So beautiful, the gardens were neat and scenery beautiful The rooms were so clean and much thought was put into each one. The rooms were comfortable, actually luxurious. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were so friendly And let’s not start on the food, so delicious and homemade and I will go back just for the Gnocchi!

Great hospitality. Comes with tea, coffee, fresh milk, bottled water. Place was so clean and so cozy. Fully equipped with a TV, wifi, air conditioning. Definitely great 10/10. The attention to detail was everything. From the little treats left on the bedside to the rusk biscuits which were so thoughtful. Super friendly owners. This will definitely be a place I would want to come back to.

We loved everything about the place. There are so many things in the house that make the property very practical. For example, there was an ice maker, coffee machine with flavors, soda stream, microwave, 2 fridges, washing machine and detergent, lunchboxes, plates, cutlery, smart tv, WiFi, puzzles, a dart board, braai area with everything you need, camp chairs and of course the star of the show - the Kolkol Hottub! I could keep counting forever

Apartment was very clean and comfortable, the locations was stunning -really amazing to be able to see the wildlife from the windows and to be able to walk around the farm for closer looks! The hosts were absolutely lovely! Sandra gave us our own private tour on arrival and very kindly gave us some wine/beer! Was also excellent location for the balloon ride and walks around Drakensberg. Would recommend to anyone.
