We received exceptional customer service from Enez on the front desk, she was smiley, welcoming and professional. The bed linen, pillows and bath towels were great quality and made for a lovely stay. All Hotel staff were very friendly. We arrived early around 9 am and staff helped us got our room ready by noon time. Room is perfect. Housekeeping was not only friendly but also more than excellent.
