This hotel was absolutely perfect for our 2 night stay. The reception staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for us, letting us check in early. The swimming pool was actually warm unlike other “heated” pools. Breakfast was lovely and the room was comfortable and very clean.

This Franklin, Tennessee hotel is completely non-smoking and offers free high-speed internet access. The Cool Springs Galleria and Nissan North American Headquarters are minutes away.

Need to book a room for return. Staff was very helpful, and got it done. There was a problem with that booking the same staff member who booked it contacted me, fixed the issue and everything went smoothly.
