Excellent location, close to the famous Washington D.C landmarks. Clean and comfortable, helpful staff. 24 hour drinks and snacks available from the small but well equipped shop. Starbucks is across the street, hire bikes and scooters always available outside the property, good security measures in place, (room card to operate elevator, 24 hour reception).

Free breakfast- options were varied each day. Even if it was just a coffee and a pastry it saves money. Staff were friendly- all staff friendly and approachable and helpful throughout stay. Gym and pool facilities clean and well maintained. Laundry facilities is helpful when going away for extended vacation. Fully stocked kitchenette. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Excellent location just beside metro green line, next to many restaurants and bars and grocery store within 10 min walk.

In the room is included dish detergent, one dish cloth and paper towels, but there is no sponge available. Laundry is 2,00 per load (same price for drying). We had a problem with the safe deposit box and the hotel solved it very quickly. All the personnel were very kind and clear with the explanations and help we asked. This hotel has a very good cost-benefit relation, and I would stay there again. Rooms are spacious, but they provide only one chair, what is little for a family travelling. We bought frozen and ready-to-eat food at the Safeway supermarket across the avenue in front of the hotel and prepared easily at night.

Excellent, very well-located hotel. The equipment of the apartments is unique, just like the architecture of the whole hotel. Very good breakfasts, very good restaurant, and happy hours, during which one could get drinks and snacks free of charge. This hotel has a swimming pool area with a hot jacuzzi, which is very pleasant and allows you to relax well after a day of work or sightseeing. If I came to Washington DC again, I would only stay at this hotel.

The Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic. It's two blocks from the White House (which is helpful when you need to drop off bags before going there), immediately adjacent to bus and subway transportation and the staff is great.

This property is very well managed. Very clean location, close to the WH and Mall, Courteous staff, amazing restaurant with great breakfast and dinner options. They were even open on Thanksgiving! We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Washington Downtown. We will be back to, and highly recommend, this property.

It was my worse decision to stay in Hilton hotel. The bed and sheets were having blood stains and when I complained on reception the receptionist was too ignorant to resolve my problem or to change my room. I was so uncomfortable throughout my four days stay. It was like a punishment. I will very stay again there. Too much unhygienic and disgusting.
