Me and my friend traveled with a baby and we arrived in the evening. We choose to take a cab from airport and they accidentally didn’t put one of our luggage. Hilton team was supper helpful and found my luggage within an hour. Divik and another manager I think his name was Lekna helped me out with assistance throughout. We couldn’t go for breakfast the first day and the team called us to check if everything was well. Room was spacious and beautiful. And the arrival aminities and turn down aminities were absolutely delicious. We had a lot of in room dinning services was slow in delivery however the food was delicious. We went for neer and the restaurant was beautiful we had a set menu. Food was delicious specially the grill fish selection. Our baby was crying and neha ( guest relation) was so kind to hold him and entertain as much as she could while we finished the food. Sarah was also very kind to come and try to entertain the baby. We met sudeep in different days and had always nice smile and always helped out us in all ways we needed. We did go to buffet but as we had a splendid service in neer was a bit upsetting that didn’t receive much attention. However chef muskan as the name says it has a beautiful smile and super sweet made us the best omelette. And Kaycee who was also very kind. We went for dinner in the same buffet restaurant the food was getting delayed as we ordered al Ala carte but the waiter sujoiy was kind to send it to our room. Was beautiful seating and view. All over wonderful experience but the first time ever that the front office team has won our hearts from going over and beyond in every way possible. However the location was a bit far and had a challenge to exchange money and to find a cab so had to take hotel car always.

Full Service hotel is in close proximity to hospitals like Manipal and CMH hospital, shopping and lifestyle center like UB city, Indiranagar 100 feet road & MG road. All the food is very good, in both restaurant and at the pool. Bar is so cool and all the staff was super nice
