Had a great stay at Next'Living! The place has a really nice vibe—modern, clean, and super comfortable. It’s easy to meet people here, whether you’re working remotely or just looking for a social place to stay. The Wi-Fi was solid, the rooms were well-designed, and the whole setup made it feel like home. One of the best parts for me was the cinema room with the massage chair—such a cool addition and the perfect way to relax after a long day. For the price, it’s honestly a great deal considering everything you get. Also, shoutout to Faisal, the manager—super friendly and always there to help. He really made the stay even better! The location is also super convenient, with everything you need close by. If you’re looking for a co-living space in Dubai that balances work, community, and comfort, this is a great choice. Would definitely stay again!

The facilities were great and the customer service was amazing. The Host was very responsive and facilitated any needs almost instantly, day or night. He went out of his way to make himself available for an early check in and decorated the room for a couple on their honeymoon....would highly recommend this property
