Guest House Bracaj exceed our expectations! We did a tour around Albania and keep talking about how good our experience at this place was. Gentil, the owner, was an incredible host, the room was big, comfortable, very clean, and the view in the morning breathtaking. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic, and the little friendly dog living there was just the cherry on top of the whole experience. We would love to return next time we visit Albania.

It was perfect for me!! I loved my one night stay. I did the Canyon alone, which is why I went to Corovode! There is an entry to the canyons close to a bridge in the city and you can walk 15km and find a way out of them. - The host came to pick me up at the bus - The host brought me an egg and piece of sort of naan bread for breakfast - The host called the bus I needed to take the next day and brought me to the bus stop in the morning - There was a mini fridge for me - There was a sheet and towels My stay was great :-)

What an amazing place! Beautifully situated with great facilities, Vila Sofia was a perfect stay for a night, yet is well worth more! The hospitality from the owner and his team was/is unbelievable and made the experience even more memorable. Food is good and the rooms are clean and comfy. This is a definite oasis outside the touristy areas of Albania. The road is tricky, yet can be done with some clearance and slow driving so do not let it stop you. The best route is to approach it from the Tepelenë area and go through the village of Buz and follow the signs marked ‘Vila Sofia’. Most of the road is suitably tarred with the odd pothole and then closer to the Vila the road is gravel/dirt

Wow! Dear traveler you have found a hidden gem! Bik and Antoneta are exceptional people, they were our really good friends for 2 nights, they gave us home made Raki, goat cheese and yogurt that Bik make and spoke with us into the night telling us all the good stories We cooked for them and they cooked for us (and gave us more and more Raki) We really don't have more words to describe but this was one of the most special, authentic and best experience we had in Albania! Thank you Bik and Antoneta for everything, will definitely come again some winter to have more fun with you - it is felt that you are doing what you do with love and passion Much love! :)

I loved everything!!! It’s a bit out of Berating but lovely location. Good as new. Beautiful views. Friendly staff! Good breakfast. On the way to tubing or other activities.
