Homestays in Maun

We were welcomed like family members and we felt at home from the very first moment. Jayla picked us up at 5am in the morning after we woke her up because our bus was early! She provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, brought us to the supermarket and organised a day trip to the okawango delta lead by locals. The house is small with tv, fridge, hot water, basic utensils to cook, extra blankets. We left a piece of our heart here. Thank you!

Rooms clean well equipped with kitchen utensils, the host cooked delicious dinner for us. The host was very responsive and helpful and the homestay was fabulous.

The lady owner was superb from the time I booked and contacted her. She was very responsive,helpful, accomodating and her homestay was fabulous. The welcome drink was too good. She cooked awesome dinner for us. I recommend her homestay without thinking twice. Our room had a small kitchen with all cooking utensils and gadgets ,a sitting area and a bedroom all for a reasonable price. It was a decent stay with a very good hospitality.

Golentle Homestay is nothing short from perfect. The host is super friendly and helpful with all your needs, the place is comfortable and clean and provides everything you need. Do yourself a favor, stay here when in Maun and make sure you enjoy Jay's cooking. I felt at home and would always come back! Thank you :)
