The accommodation is exceptional from start to finish. Everything was impeccably clean which is very important to us. There is a bus stop in front of the guest house which takes you to the city centre in a few minutes. This means that it is super easy to travel around the area. The host was fantastic as he explains everything very clearly and is very accommodating. The host was one of the best we have ever experienced. There is a breakfast as well which we enjoyed. I would highly recommend Gasthaus Zum Kreuz

Everything was clean, new and pretty. The concept of having a community place while having private rooms is quite nice, and the staff (who are also the owners) is super friendly and helpful. It's also really cool to stay at a women owned business!😃

The location to the shops, restaurants and lake was great, and short walk. The train station is across the road. my room was amazing, cosy, good views and everything I needed. Fantastic room and breakfast all for a great price. I arrived very early as my flight came in at 8am, and they said they would look after luggage until the room was ready… but then hurried around and gave me the keys. Great service. Breakfast buffet style was great. Croissant, breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit, juice, tea coffee and even a sift boiled egg. The location is a short walk to some shops, restaurants and the lake.

Really liked the property. Owner Gerry is really friendly and nice. Check-in was pretty simple. Property is quite near to Luzern Station only 15 min away via bus. Main thing is they had a good big kitchen well equiped with everything. PROPERTY is like a home with multiple rooms.

We enjoyed spending one night at Mensbergs Harmony Homestay. We had a room with a balcony right in the hosts' apartment. We had full access to the kitchen, fridge, bathrooms. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood very close to the highway, which is a big plus. The owners were extremely kind, gave us information about the attractions in the area and were very discreet. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this location.

The staff went above and beyond –– dropping off personalized recommendations at our room after we asked at check in. Rooms were super clean and beds were very comfy. The shared bathroom spaces were tidy and it was a nice balance between a traditional hostel and hotel. I would 1000% stay here if I came again -- it's also right next to the train station and has a fun and hopping bar/cafe downstairs during the day!
