A wonderful little place. Super friendly and helpful staff who helped us plan our trip and navigate all the things to do in ZJJ mountains. The whole place had a really cosy feel to it - surprising for somewhere as urban as ZJJ city, but it was such a pleasure. The main area is full of old TVs and radios and other vintage memorabilia, there are comfortable leather sofas, and the breakfast is REALLY GOOD - one of the best I've had in China. We really liked the "mountain chalet" feel of the bedroom too - wooden rafters / beams on the ceiling. It was a fairly simply, cosy room, but that's what we wanted and - importantly - it was exactly as it had been depicted in the photos on booking.com. It felt simple and honest, which was a very welcome experience when visiting a region full of tourists who are often exploited. Overall a really positive experience, made exceptional by Anine at the front desk who - with the help of her trusty translator - helped us plan our itinerary, gave us maps for our walks and even spent a lot of time helping us book tickets! Thank you Anine!

Very tidy and clean room, the accommodation is situated in the heart of Zhangjiaje, on the touristic street which is full of great restaurants. The owner is very kind as I forgot my charger in the room and he's shipping it back to me. Highly recommended if you are in Zhangjiajie

Fantastic Stay Near the Airport & Tianmen Mountain!​​ We stayed at this lovely, cozy B&B near Hehua Airport, and it was such a pleasant experience! The location is super convenient—just a short drive to the airport and very close to Tianmen Mountain. The hostess was amazing, and the homemade meals she prepared were absolutely delicious! A special shout-out to Lucas, one of the staff members, who was incredibly helpful and gave us great travel tips. He went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for its warm hospitality, tasty food, and excellent service. Will definitely stay here again! ​​Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐​​

The room has a high cost performance ratio, with good decoration and affordable prices. The room is very clean. The homestay has a good geographical location, close to Tianmen Mountain and the bus station. It takes only 12 minutes to walk and the transportation is very convenient. The owner is very friendly and willing to provide various assistance.

The owner is amazing! Excellent English and helped us book tickets to the parks for a discounted rate, walked us to the bus stop to Wulingyuan and gifted us tea. He really cares about you having the best experience. Incredible location to the Tianmen Mountain cableway and lots of food options around. Room was large, comfy bed, clean and hot shower. Bathroom needs a non stick mat as the tiles get very slippery when wet.

We liked everything about Our House hotel. Especially the hosts helping us with any questions we had. They're very helpful, kind and friendly. We had a late check-in and there was no problem at all. The hosts also helped us with the tickets for excursions. The room was exactly the same as in the photos: spacious, clean and light. There were provided bathroom supplies: shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush. So, you don't need to worry about anything at this wonderful place!
