The service was great! Jenny the host, picked us up at the railwaystation. After bringing us to the hotel she gave us a moment to eat and rest. After rest she helped us book our entire 3-day program. She booked the Zhangjiajie national forest park tickets, taxi, the lift tickets to go up and the same for tianmen mountain. We had nothing to worry about and even with some discount! Thank you so much for everything! It was a great stay.

The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the spectacular view from the room. The hostess was also very friendly and helpful. She offered to help us with our luggage up the steps and offered great assistance with how to get around to the tourist spots. She gave us a ride down to the South Gate and also helped us with sorting the tickets, etc. Breakfast was also very lovely at the beautiful location.

Тhis is one of the best hotels I've been to! For this price we got a big apartment consisting of two rooms, a small dining room and a beautiful clean bathroom. Everything was modern and clean (what is not oft in China!). It is possible to wash and dry your clothes at the hotel. The hotel located 15 minutes from the entrance to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and near the main street with cafes, markets and shops. But the most important thing is the staff! An excellent girl immediately wrote out a plan for us for 3 days, with all the routes and places to visit! She gave us a map and noted everything on it, helped us buy all the necessary tickets, was always in touch and even changed money at the bank so that we didn’t waste time on it! It was just a delight!

Rooms were a decent size and beds were big and comfortable (average to soft mattress for westerners standards). We could rest very well due to the location: outskirts of Wulingyuan so it was quiet. Rebecca and her family were very hospitable and accommodating: she gave us a lot of information about the park, took us to the entrance by car, helped us buy tickets, do laundry and gave us fruit and juice upon our arrival. The concerns we had were addressed. We had dinner once at the hotel and the home cooked meal was really tasty. Good value for money, I would recommend!
