Everything was excellent, the receptionist was amazing with her customer service from the moment you arrived. The Security was always on point during the stay and the Breakfast staff were excellent, especially the young lady. Amazing place and experience, thank you Team, I'll visit again.

We had an amazing stay. The room is even nicer in person than in the photos, especially the big windows and the cozy balcony, which we absolutely loved. Everything felt bright and spotless. We also really enjoyed the beautiful plants in the common area; they give the whole place such a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect, very central, and you can walk to everything you need. Shops, restaurants, and the beach are all just a short stroll away. Puerto Plata's historic center is a 10-minute walk. Fortaleza de San Felipe is a 6-minute drive. The Pier is a 9 minute walk. Acapulco beach is 12 minute walk away. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
