Everything was perfect! Especially the host, Elise! One of the nicest hosts we have ever encountered. She was there to help us with our luggage, give us tips where to go and what to do, and she was very kind to let us check out a little bit later, since the next arrival was later in the day, as well as to leave our luggage in her room because we wanted to walk around the city a little bit more before we move to our next destination! I hope to go back to Nice one day and, for sure, stay in her lovely house again!

We didn't arrive till late (22:30) but communication to get in was super easy! Host was very helpful with directions. Place was nice and clean. Kitchen was great and two shared bathrooms. Overall good value

Great location with tram stop right out the front. Easy walk into town with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Host was so lovely and welcoming even making us food upon arrival. Kept lots of food in the fridge for us to use and made it feel like home.

Everything was perfect, good value for money, very clean and comfortable room, with a good view from the balcony. The bathroom was new and very spacious. The room and bathroom have a modern style. Breakfast is great, Maria, the host, is very helpful person, she gave us lots of tips, and also has a hole album which shows where are the best restaurants, bars and also turist attractions. Easy connected with buses and tram.

You can find everything you might need at home; iron, hair dryer, nespresso, microwave and even parasol. and Delphine is a very good host, very helpful before and during our stay. If we were to travel to Nice again, we would choose to stay here.

    John is a great host who offers you the perfect apartment to explore the beautiful city of Nice. The location is ideal, close to the beach, old town, many cute restaurants, a grocery store…The apartment itself is spacious, modern, very tidy and chic. Your room is the living room with an extendable sofa, a large TV, AC and a balcony. John is a welcoming and flexible host and the fact this accomodation is technically a homestay didn’t bother us at all.
