Owners are very amazing they were there to make sure there is plenty fresh air in the room and they helped to negotiate someone to stop smoking at night on the the balcony beside my bed when I was resting and needed fresh air. Owners are very helpful and this was good for my mother who stayed there, so this place was suitable for a mature guest. They have a good kitchen and my mother was able to boil an egg and to make salad or a sandwich. Showers and toilet are really good. Location is fantastic and a pleasure to walk out to, close to the beach and food stores. Beautiful cathedral and park are near, also a tram station. Owners are sophisticated intelligent managers who look after everything was good and fair. So my mother was able to enjoy her stay and ask them anything always. They are fantastic respectful modern people.

I was in Nice for work and stayed on for the weekend. Djamel were lovely hosts and their place was so modern and clean. I was able to work from home with plenty of space and it was very quiet. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean and the aircon kept the rooms cool. I did not realise when booking this stay that Djamel and Aïcha actually lived there and would be home during our stay. But we had our own bathroom and living area downstairs and so we barely saw them - when we did, they were very kind and helpful. I would love to stay again!

    location is great; It is very close to the tram stop and the beach, and you can also shop from the market on the street. The house was very clean. You can find everything you might need at home; iron, hair dryer, nespresso, microwave and even parasol. and Delphine is a very good host, very helpful before and during our stay. If we were to travel to Nice again, we would choose to stay here.

    Family room was the perfect. Super comfortable, clean and the perfect location. A really pleasant walk to the old town whilst still being central yet quiet. Thierry and Caty were super hospitable and great hosts. If we make it back to Nice I’ll be restating with them for certain

    John is a great host who offers you the perfect apartment to explore the beautiful city of Nice. The location is ideal, close to the beach, old town, many cute restaurants, a grocery store…The apartment itself is spacious, modern, very tidy and chic. Your room is the living room with an extendable sofa, a large TV, AC and a balcony. John is a welcoming and flexible host and the fact this accomodation is technically a homestay didn’t bother us at all.
