Borjomi is one of our favourite Georgian towns and Alex's place is perfect to explore it. With all the local knowledge of what to see and where to eat, Alex and his family are invaluable source of information (not only about town but virtually about anywhere in Georgia). The rooms are nice and cosy and we noticed that we had the best sleep there in ages. All the facilities are present, we didn't feel like missing anything.

They received us very well. We felt like home here! Was a warm welcoming and they were so nice! The breakfast is very good and complete and they even gave us a product to help to heal my hematoma in my arm after falling on ice. We are very happy that we choose to stay here 😀

incredible nice owners, who were super friendly and welcoming! They picked us up from the hospital when we had to go and called us a taxi when we wanted to leave, basically they were trying to help in every situation they could. The room was super cozy, we had a nice kitchen to cook in and a nice garden to sit in. Can only recommend!

This might be my favorite guest house stay in Georgia. Temo and Nino were very hospitable and friendly, we communicated primarily in Russian. I was a solo female traveller and felt very comfortable, I was able to socialize with the hosts and other guests in the garden and also have private time. I personally loved that this house was away from the central part of Borjomi, I thought the central part was very touristy. Everything was very walkable, central part to the right, bridge essentially straight out, and park to the left. My favorite part was the park which was also in walking distance—gorgeous. I got to taste the homemade wine which was oh so delightful. They also assisted in directing me to a marshrutka that left to Kutaisi at the end of my stay. Would recommend and would stay again!

Besa and his wife were lovely hosts, helping us out when we needed to clear the snow off our rental car, bringing us house slippers when they saw we were just walking about in socks, and sharing their delicious pickles with us! They made us feel welcome and at ease in their home. The accommodation is excellent value, we were comfortable with a private bathroom (not ensuite). You can reach shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walking. Just what we were looking for.
