Excellent, new place just by the sea, the beach is practically 50 m from the house. The rooms are very well equipped, very comfortable with nice terrace (mine was overlooking sea/beach). Comfortable parking available at the property. The place contains a small kid's playground, 2 gazebos, lot's of green grass and all the beach equipment needed (sunbeds, small tables etc.). You practically end up living in a house by the beach :-). Walking distance to 3-4 tavernas and beach bar. Very relaxing and comfortable place.

Situated 1.2 km from Papias Beach and less than 1 km from Port of Thassos, Studios Periklis features free WiFi and units fitted with a kitchenette and patio.

very happy with this property. the rooms and furniture are almost new and modern. The location is very close to the center, restaurants and beaches. And the most important thing to point out, the cleanliness is impeccable, cleaning is done every day, towels are changed, etc. Thanks to the cleaning lady, our rooms were always clean. We recommend with love!

Green Hill is a brand new business which opened to Public in July 2023, so we were among the first turists to stay here. We were welcomed by the owner ( she was great and very supportive). Check in was smooth, we reached the premises around 1 PM, check in rules state 3PM, however we were able to come back in 30 min and our studio was ready. Cleanliness was very good, sheets were changed every day during our stay. The furniture is brand new and modern, we even had access to Netflix. The balcony view is great, you can see the sea - it doesn't matter if you are on the ground floor or top floor. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our 7 days stay. We will definetily come back. Thank you for everything!

Clean room, location, owner was very friendly and warm, walking distance to beach, city centre and restaurants, nice porch with sea view. Good to have small kitchen and utensils. Parking space was avaiable and free.
