We loved everything about the Vela Luka and the accommodation. The hotel is directly in the center, guests have free parking. The equipment in the room is beautiful and new, everything was super clean and smelled nice. The view from the room is directly to the sea. We went for a swim to Pičenda beach (several beaches are easily accessible by car) and also took a walk around Vela Spila cave (there are several options from 2km up to 14 km walks).

An absolutely perfect place. Mara is a wonderful person and so welcoming and kind, she made us feel like we were visiting family. Beautiful 16th century building with exposed brickwork and fabulous stairs ( my favourite part) Situated right in the heart of the old city this place is out of a novel.Everything is on your doorstep. Our family took over the whole building and all said it was their favourite residence to stay in of the three on our trip.They loved the homely feel. One room had a tiny balcony. Mario was lovely and was on hand when needed.
