Beautiful property with 7 villas surrounded by lush greenery and a picturesque view of the mountain. It has its own thermal pool that you can relax in. It is managed by the owner and his family. They are very nice and will do everything to make their guests' stay a pleasant one. The owner himself organized our jeep sunrise tour. Our family loved our stay here.

The location was perfect because we went hi King in Mt. Batur and the starting point was 4 min walking away. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, large and bed comfortable. The host was friendly, helpful and kind. I recommend to those that are going to hike.

This is by far the best place to stay anywhere in the world! What a stay we had here. The villas, the view, swimming pool, everything just mesmerizing. DONT BELIEVE SOME OF THE REVIEWS about the way to reach here. It's uphill of around 1.5kms from the main road, but that's how you get the view of hills and the Batur lake. The road is a little bumpy in a small stretch but otherwise drivable. The only problem you would face is almost a vertical slope leading upto the hotel. That's really steep. But you won't necessarily need a 4WD per se. A good car with a fairly better engine will do the trick. Our old Kia Rio was stuck just 5m from the hotel. Any good SUV wont know a thing A special mention about the staff here. They are the real heroes. They will give you a WhatsApp and you can get anything with a simple "Hi". They will spot on the pool and offer you free coffee and tea. They will spot you walking out of the hotel and offer you a drop. Just gratitude for such good people. Another good thing about this place is that Batur Natural Hot Spring and Toya Devayasa are just outside your descent. Will surely return.

Had a lovely stay. The room is clean and has a view of the lake. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are some restaurants and hot springs within walking distance. The hotel is a 10 min drive from one of the trekking starting points to Mount Batur.

Amazing stay, well located, sweetest people, new cabins well appointed and stocked with amenities. The owner helped us organized a guided tour to the volcano and greeted us at 3am for our departure. Highly recommended.

    The staff was extremely nice and helpful as they live onsite with us. The owner of the place also organizes daily trips to Mount Batur and is in touch with local guides, and the departures are from the bamboo cabin place. No need to drive, you just wake up and meet your guide around a cup of tea. The quality of the trip was beyond our expectations, and we made such nice memories! The owner came to pick us up and also called a taxi when leaving which is very nice since the Grab app does not work there. We loved beeing immersed with the locals 🙃

    The Homestay area and view was nice, but the bedsheets and towel was very dirty n smelly , I thought they never change, I really 1st time have bad experience like that , very disappointed for this homestay hope please take note for this issue.

    Genuinely the most helpful homestay in the most peaceful location. Coffee facilities in the room & even a small welcome gift. Kadek was the most helpful host we have had in Bali & helped with scooter rental, hot spring discounts and a taxi to Ubud. They even have their own little hot spring on site! Room clean & comfortable. Beautiful garden. Couldn’t recommend enough!

    Was a good location to where we wanted to go (Mount batur and the hot springs), an incredible view, Joni and his wives were great hosts as was his son. Really friendly and go above and beyond for you to arrange what ever you need. Joni is very passionate about his homestay. Great pancakes! We asked for an extra blanket as it got cold at night and we were given a beautiful big blanket so that was great thank you
