The accommodation is tastefully decorated and well finished. All the furnishings and fittings are high quality. There was attention to detail in its construction. The apartment is cosy and feels like you could be anywhere in the world. The grounds are well kept, and the location is peaceful. The staff were helpful and professional.

Polite & helpful staff. Excellent location near to the beach (pantai sejuk), eateries & shops, however still need some kind of transport to get to the eateries & shop if you are with elderly or children. If you are young adults, I think able to walk there. Clean compund and rooms. Parking for about 5 cars available in the compound. Big rooms, good wifi, tv & air con in excellent working condition. Quiet & peaceful place. Beautiful sea view.

Kurnis Cabin is the best place on Lombok that we stayed at. It is located in a smaller, authentic village sorrounded by mountains and rice terraces. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with everything you need. But the best was the Host. Didik is so energetic and fulfilled all of our wishes. Whether you want to relax, immerse yourself into the culture or go on a variety of hikes, THIS is the place to stay! He offers many experiences, also including Mt. Rinjani. As we did not have enough time. We did a beautiful day hike to Mt Kondok. The next day we did a walk around the village and Didik showed us the daily life of local people. He and his friend Ewa have a coffee company that supports the community. Ewa explained us the complicated process from plant to a cup of coffee. Definitely try the honey variety. Lastly the food that Didik cooks for breakfast and for dinner is absolutely delicious. Two of the best meals we‘ve eaten in Indonesia. All in all we do not have a single complaint. Next time we come to Lombok, I wouldnt mind staying here a week.

The owner was very friendly and she was very helpful in every situation! She helped us to book a trip to the gili islands and get a transportation to our next destination. The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable!

I had a very wonderful day here after ninjani trekking. The room is cozy with a warm bed and nice view. Hot water offered for shower, well-organized gardening, relaxing public space with tea and breakfast. The staff are the best. The staff are the best. I have to say it twice.

Well, this is my first 10 rating on booking.com. We spend 4 weeks on Bali / Lombok / Flores and this was the best acommodation at all. Bidara Cottage and the area of East Lombok exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The property is nice, cozy a well maintained. The staf create extremly friendly atmosphere. You feel welcome and they help you with everything. The place is nice and quite. You can relax, you can discover beatifull gilis or just enjoy local life.

The place has a stunning view of the valley of sembalun, and the beds are really comfortable with a good blanket (which is needed because in the evening and night Sembalun can get really cold). The staff is very friendly and let us grill in front of our room and make a campfire. For 100.000 IDR we could get an extra bed so we could stay with a group of 6 (we rented 2 rooms). Overall the staff were very friendly and the rooms were good! I would definitely book this place again. I recommend the top floor with the balcony as the vibe of this room is better.
