Lovely family run home stay very close to the entrance of the national park. Cute little room with AC (which you absolutely need in this area), fantastic breakfast, and we also took part in 2 tours (morning and evening) run by the host. Aria knows a lot about the park and treats the animals with respect (not chasing wild animals) can highly recommend staying at the gallery guest house

We enjoyed a lot our stay ! The staff is very friendly and helpful, you can have all your meals there and also the tour. Our guide was exceptional and in one hike we saw all 5 main animals, they have great skills for spotting them and very passionate about the park. The accommodation is in the park area so it's very comfortable just be aware about the monkeys because sometimes they can come to steal the food

Big and clean room. Quiet. Food is good and affordable. We booked morning and afternoon tours with the homestay and our guide was great. Kind owner there. Water and coffee/tea available are a plus. As a room was available we could check in early in the morning which is nice to sleep after a night between airplanes and waiting room

It was such a nice stay in this homestay. The host Franky welcomes you like a friend and part of the family. We even visited a local wedding and I played some violin for them :D Also the Jungle Tours are quite interesting, and he can show you so many animals. The rooms are close to the jungle and are well equipped. Just go there, you won't regret it. Franky, I miss you and your family!

Right next to the national park. Cheap, simple food in the restaurant across the street. One evening we were invited to a birthday party and were able to try many local dishes. Very good tours in the national park. We did a "regular" morning and evening tour and additionaly a full day trip. We saw a lot of animals, to see the hornbills, monkeys and cuscus very nice I recommend to have two days of tours. The transfer from Bitung and to Tomohon works very well. On the way to Tomohon our driver stops at some beautiful birdwatching spots and shows us the Japanese Cave.

Very nice and new accommodation. Everything is spotless clean. Meals are included and very tasty with lots of variation. The accommodation lies a bit secluded, but perfect for a couple of days of relaxing. The dive school is just across the street. You can also learn about pearl cultivation, a nice tour is offered. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and will make your stay as comfortable as possible. They can arrange transportation to your next destination. All in all: a perfect place to stay if you don’t want to cross to Lembeh island.
