As previous reviews had said everything was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfy. A real shower after many days of a bucket and a bowl was bliss! And the coffee & tea making facilities and kitchen were a bonus. Arranged pick up from the harbour and was rescued from the chaos by Adelia who then showed me where things were on the drive to her property. She also has a helpful link providing details of restaurants etc. Good WiFi and airport pick up on time. Not much to see in Sorong but if you have to stay a night you will be well looked after at Rumah Marianne.

Ibu Rina was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Perfect location and for a one night stay. Breakfast was perfect to have before my flight. Would certainly stay with Rina again.

    This homestay is really about the family! Rina and her husband welcomed me really warmly and made me feel at home. Rina is an amazing cook, I am happy I ate at her place. She even went with me to a market. Rooms are simple but clean and the bed was very comfortable.

    If you ar looking for a typical, nice local family in Sorong, this homestay is the place to go! I really enjoyed my stay with Rina and her family, their friendliness and the delicious food. Keep in mind that this is not a luxury hotel, but a simple Indonesian home, with your own room of course :)

    The welcome from Adel was exceptional. We were given plenty of extremely useful information, including where to go for dinner. She arranged a taxi for an early morning pickup for the airport. The room was clean, the AC very welcome after 2 weeks of homestays in Raja Ampat. The facilities were simple but more than adequate and excellent value for the price.
