aah words cannot describe how amazing my stay was! The owners were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to make sure I’m comfortable. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed, the location is in a more quiet area but still close to the main street. The garden is lovely as well. I felt really safe and comfortable, and would book again 100%.

absolutely loved everything about my stay! The property is stunning, with beautiful buildings and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Walking through the family’s gorgeous home before entering the accommodation added such a special touch. The staff were incredible—genuinely kind, always smiling, and incredibly helpful. Ari, in particular, went above and beyond to make the experience even better. I felt so at home, safe, and well taken care of. There wasn’t a single negative thing to say. I can’t wait to return! This place is truly amazing, and I highly recommend it to anyone.

We loved our stay at Hanaka riverside, the terrace room came with spectacular views, feeling immersed in nature. The staff is super friendly, they even cut down some fresh coconuts from the tree for us to enjoy while we were relaxing poolside! It is exceptional value for the rate we paid. The location is about 3km up from the 'city center' and on the way to the rice terraces. quiet and secluded yet close and accessible. Thank you for the stay!

I liked everything, since the facility new, I enjoyed being the first guest. Location is in the heart of Ubud so i enjoyed walking tonight, a lot of restaurants and shops around. The room was super clean, bedsheets were perfect, furniture was made of local tree, mattress was firm and cozy. Family demonstarted bountiful balinese hospitality, all family members met me at 04.00 early morning, took care of about my comfortable stay. I felt myself safe during my stay, when I was leaving Bali I felt like I am leaving home and family. Arya who is Admin was supportive, all my requests were managed through him. Ayu became my mom. Thanks a lot and now I have warm memory not only from sightseeing but having experience staying at Bali family house, definitely i can say that i have a family in Bali!!!!

Absolutely everything. From warm welcoming and delicious cookie on arrival, to the check out and good bye cheese cake. All people working in there are absolutely the best I have ever met, super helpful, friendly and very professional. Breakfast in the morning and coffee was amazing too. Room much better than expected or seen on pictures, amazing shower, good condensation system in the shower, therefore no mold and no moisture in the room. Very clean area, staff was constantly around in case we needed anything. I have been to a very very expensive hotels in the past, but tut winten staff is better than worldwide 5 star hotels!

It was a nice stay. The villa was very clean and quite decent, with less noise in the surroundings compared to our previous stay at Sankara Resort. The rooms were tidy, and the property manager, Tulus, along with the other staff, were very helpful throughout our stay.

The loveliest homestay! The area is great, and since it’s located on a side street, it’s very quiet both during the day and at night. The owner family is also super nice and offers a great laundry service. I’d happily come back — the room and bathroom are also beautifully designed.
