Luckily all the hotels were full booked so I could find this gem ! Magnificent location , the beach is minutes away . Catherine is a brilliant hostess , her smile and chats are beyond amusing. Defo will be there whenever am in Waterford area.

The property was amazing. Anna is a fantastic host. I have stayed in hotels, hostels and apartments all over the world. This is by far the best place I have stayed. Nothing was an inconvenience for Anna and she truly wanted you to feel at home and be comfortable. If it was possible to rate Anna higher than 10, I wouldn't hesitate. We loved our stay! Clean, beautifully furnished room. Parking is just behind the corner. There was a fridge with plenty food for breakfast, juice, water, tea, coffee etc. and in the morning this super surprise in the form of warm pastries hanged on the door handle. The owner was super nice!

A great little pub and guesthouse on St Mary St just off Gratten square in beautiful Dungarvan town Co Waterford.The owner was a lovely friendly man and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are immaculate, quiet and comfortable. The pub has live music every Saturday night. They dont do breakfast but they do recommend The Square Grill just a few minutes away in Grattan Square where you get amazing breakfasts at very reasonable prices. This was our third time staying in Tudor House Guest house and we will keep coming back.
