Joanna has been the nicest host. She's been so kind and let us leave our luggage at the house before check-in time. Furthermore she gave us useful tips where to go and what to see. The room was spotless and cosy. Everything is in a short walking distance.

We loved Butler House! It is a beautiful historic hotel in a perfect location. My group of six ended our evening playing cards in the dining area. We had a wonderful time here.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was super delicious. The location was good, just a couple minutes walk to the Kilkenny castle and medieval town centre. Parking was available right outside the B&B.

The newly renovated Glendine Inn is fast becoming one of Kilkenny’s best known establishments for Dining/Accommodation and atmosphere.

The staff was super friendly. Spacious rooms that have been renovated. Pub/restaurant in house was very convenient and the food was nice. Free parking on site.

Bit nervous beforehand after seeing some of these reviews but I honestly don't know what they're talking about - the place was great. My room was lovely and also spotless, it was perfectly warm, and the location couldn't have been better. Really loved the big bay windows overlooking the castle and river. Also the owner/host was very responsive when I had some questions beforehand. Would definitely book again if I am back in Kilkenny!
