The property It was clean, warm, and in a quiet neighborhood, you could hear the river nearby from the room. The staff was very polite and their hospitality was in a high level. We arrived at the property before the check in time and they let us to check in and go inside the room.

Everything was good, property location and owner. I stood there with my family and we had a good time. I love to suggest this property if anyone travelling to that side. Not expensive as like others.

With free Wi-Fi throughout and private parking on site, this guest house has a peaceful reading room and a breakfast room overlooking Bunratty village. Shannon Airport is only 10 minutes’ drive away.

Joe cooked us an excellent breakfast. It was our very first stay in any B&B and it was a great experience. Joe also gave us great recommendations for our driving tour that we followed and ended up having an amazing experience. He recommended the AWA which we followed all along the coast.

Cosy Room is set in Shannon, 19 km from Thomond Park, 20 km from King John's Castle, and 20 km from The Hunt Museum.

We’d stay for a night The property is overlooking the river. Mary is very kind pleasant and heartwarming to us and it’s a biggest treat for our Bella. She’d make sure that we have everything we need from a simple treat inside the room to our walks and meals arounds town. The property is very clean and comfortable near to all your needs walking distances few minutes to shops, restaurants and Killaloe River cruise site. Mary has a small dog in the house but never a bother with our Bella we slept through out the night.Thank you so much Mary, hopefully to see you again.

Beautiful townhouse in Bruff. The host Miriam was very friendly & we had a lovely chat on checkout. They have thought of every detail - bottled water left outside the room door when I got back which was very much appreciated, tea and coffee facilities in the room, a separate towel to use for drying after removing makeup, information pack in the room & much more. The room was gorgeous with a big comfortable bed and heavy curtains that blocked out the light. I had a great sleep! Would recommend this B&B to anyone.

Jack was auch a lovely host, he took us in with such love and provided interesting information about the Irish culture and myths. He prepared the best breakfast. Special bonus for people who love animals, he hast one gorgeous cat and 2 sweet dogs. ✌️

What a gem!!! This is a truly special place which is rich in history, surrounding by stunning scenery and super lovely people which made everything even better. The house. If you're a history and architecture geek like me, you'll be in heaven. If you're not, then you're still in for a treat. The house is charming, cosy and super comfortable. The living room is divine with a fire place, piano and large windows overlooking the gardens. The room was very spacious and immensely comfortable. Could happily hide away form the world in that bed. The gardens are incredible! I visited in January when it was misty and grey. Very atmospheric. I imagine in the summer this would be ideal for dining al fresco. The views of the river are incredible and the quietness is pure bliss. The church and pink cottage on site just add more to the experience. Checking in was a doddle and Mark who hosted me was incredibly welcoming and hospitable ensuring my stay was comfortable as well as enjoyable. Location wise, you are out of the way, of town. That said, a taxi is a 10 min ride and costs roughly 12 euros, or, if like me you enjoy a good walk, you can get to King John's Castle in roughly 50 minutes. This is a stay you will not forget!
