Lovely welcoming hosts. Dana was so nice. Took care of everything I needed and helped me to feel very comfortable. The house was very quite so I could really work and rest. The room and bath was extremely clean. Bed was very comfortable Location was good. not in the middle of town and parking wasn't hard to find in the street. I will definitely will come again.

The Villa owner met us and explained everything. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with everything that we needed. There were lovely sitting areas on different levels. It was a pleasure to stay there.

The couple that own the unit are very nice. The unit itself is mostly under their house so there are almost no windows. It is well venitalated , though, so everything is pleasant. It is well outfitted and has a small kitchenette and a double bed that is big enough (but if it had a spring matress, would have been more comfortable). It is obvious that the owners care and make an extra effort to make the most of the place. As for location, it is near a senior residence (Migdal HaIr) and a hospital . We are observant, and needed to be in Kfar Saba for the Shabbat. The unit is semi suitable, meaning it is manageable, but not ideal. If observant and coming for Shabbat, make sure you bring cellotape (for the refrigerator), a small water urn (for hot water for coffee on Shabbat) and maybe a shabbat platter . The do have a small shabbat clock for your use. The Beit Hillel shul is very lovely and friendly and it is only five minute walk away. If coming for Shabbat , it is highly recommended.

A neat little villa with a pool, a good location, great option for a short business trip with a one-night stay. I mistakenly booked the date the day before my arrival, but the host Arik was the absolute champion and gave me a room on the day I actually needed it. Thanks again!

Staying in the room was a delightful experience. The room was was tastefully designed. The bed was like a cloud, providing a peaceful night sleep. The room is located in the city center, close to shops and supermarkets. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a centrally located stay in the heart of Petah Tikva

All perfect like the price is very okay to be in Allenby and the quality and confortable is high. On place you have a cool rooftop, and food/drink to buy at the same price than super market. The room is big and confortable, really for that normal price it's hard to believe.

This place is superb. Easy to access, near the beach, near the public transport and a parking lot also. The host was super friendly with many recomendations. We slept like a log in the comfy beds. The water was incredibly hot with a massage shower head which was perfect after a long walk in the city.

Private rooms near the beach center is located in the Tel Aviv City-Centre district in Tel Aviv, 500 metres from Dizengoff Square and 600 metres from Dizengoff Center Shopping Mall.
