This was one of the best places we stayed in India. The owners are super nice and accommodating. You can tell they have years of experience, for instance there is free filtered water, tea and coffee available all day, and a yummy breakfast. The rooms are super clean, there is good pressure hot water, screens in the windows and the beds are comfortable. The location directly on Princess Street can’t be better.

We’ve had a wonderful experience staying in Silverweed. The room was very cute with all the possible attentions to detail, they even had a hair conditioner! Very clean and cozy. Unfortunately, we could only stay one night this time but will definitely be back! 100% recommend! Special thanks to the host who sorted out literally everything we needed, tickets to the shows and even helped us exchange money! We felt taken care of!

I have been in India for 8 weeks now and Frangipani holiday home is up there with my best stays! The host is very professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and she helped me booking trips and made it really easy. The accommodation is fantastic. The room itself is worth the money..but you also get another room with a large fridge and a balcony! It's in a really nice area and an easy walk to lots of restaurants and attractions. I really couldn't of asked for any more!

The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly. They arrange taxis and trips and stored our luggage the next day so we could explore before our transfer after checkout. Homestay is very nice, building is lovely, rooms are big and clean, shared spaces to sit and make tea. Cold drinking water

Charlotte was incredibly kind and thoughtful giving us great suggestions, based on our enquirer. Her mum made us lovely breakfast in the open plan kitchen/diner. Christopher showed us a project he was working on and spent time pulling together articles based on a conversation we had. He even sent us off with his favourite incense after we went to his favourite local store and bought perfume. A wonderful stay. We highly recommend Walton’s Homestay.

I like the total atmosphere of the Homestay. Authentic, friendly and helpful. Breakfast with fruits, ,eggs and Toast in the kitchen around one big table. I loved the garden
