An excellent homestay. One could not ask for more. Great location and view, with a stream flowing nearby. A beautiful kitchen garden and colourful flowers. The home itself modern, clean, open and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms perfect. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. The food was divine. And the price is so reasonable.

It was a wonderful experience living in the traditional ladakhi home of this wonderful family. Nawang ji was a delight to converse with and was vital in arranging my travel. His kindness and hospitality really set the tone for my stay here. The house is massive and beautifully done up. They also have a garden farm so if you choose to eat you will be served the freshest traditional meals straight from the source.

Everyone at Amir homestay is so friendly and welcoming. We stayed for a duration of 4 days at the property. The host was really good person, she took good care of us, even cooked maggi for us on request, on the day of our departure. Room and bathroom were clean. Hot water was available for drinking as well as in bathroom. Heater was provided on request. Great place at a very reasonable price. Leh market is at a walkable distance.

warm welcome and very helpful owner and staff. recommend to pay the extra for the balcony room. from July onwards they will have home grown vegetables as on the picture you see the garden.

Beautiful accomodation with a terrasse and some nice views from the top. The host is really nice, he will book a taxi for you, make you breakfast or dinner. The rooms were also really nice.

At Raku Guest House you are the guest of a very friendly family. Room is clean and comfortable as has a very nice view on the mountains. The owner of the hotel can help you with various things like taxi, bike rental, permit etc. Food is freshly prepared by the owners mother and is delicious. If I go back to Leh I would definitely stay at this place again.
