Loved the property location, a small walk of less than 500 metres and you would reach the cliff + beach. Extremely beautiful green property with lots of plants and trees. Every room has the view of greenery. The rooms & bathrooms were clean & spacious. Bed is comfortable. Almirah has a locker to keep your valuables. AC is good. There is small shop too which makes it more convenient. Good affordable breakfast and other meals options also present nearby. Owner speaks both hindi & english so no language issues plus he is very friendly and helpful . Loved my 3 nights in this property ❤

Super nice, clean and spaceous rooms. Well equipped, very comfortable bed. serveral nice sitting areas inside as well as outside the house. It was nice that it was possible to use the kitchen. The Indian breakfast was also very nice. Amy, the host was the kindest host Í ever had: generous, friendly, helpful and extremely caring: gave fantastic tips for local restaurants, helped with getting an Indian SimCard and even came to the hospital with me, when i was ill. I had a wonderfull stay and will definetly come again. Thank you!

Nearby is the other Homestay S4, where they provide food and have a beautiful relaxing area at the roof...with ping pong, yogamats etc, where you can freely use it

    Home stay situated at walking distance to Black sand beach and Varkala Cliff. The homestay property looks recently built. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained with Balconies provided in each room. There is a Common hall, Kitchen, Fridge. and Dining room as well for self cooking. There is a small garden as well in the front of property along with space to park car. The owner is very friendly and was readily available for any additional requests.
