The most fantastic host you can get! The beds were really good and every morning the host will bring some fresh coffee. My boyfriend got sick and she brought some medicines for him. We have had good conversations with the host and we would definetly recommend her place.

The room was a very modern room and with hot tub and nice view. Hot Tubs are on 24/7 which is great as you don't have to wait for it to become hot. This room gives easy access to golden circle and the other spots nearby.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The facility is lovely with everything we needed (laundry room/kitchen/cooking utensils and condiments etc). Location-wise there’s plenty things to do in this area. There’re lots of hiking trails nearby. The guesthouse is next to Thingvellir National Park with stunning lake view within 2 mins of drive. It is a 20 min drive from the guesthouse to Laugarvatn Fontana thermal baths and 20 grocery stores in Selfoss. On a clear night, here would be a great place to see the northern light because of the unobstructed view of sky. We highly recommend!!
